Purchase at Dreadone AB
Dreadone AB (corp. No. 559008-6590) (hereinafter referred to as “Dreadone”, “us” or “we”) is available in Axvall and also on dreadone.com and sells everything in dreadlocks. In addition to shopping in our salon, you can also shop at dreadone.com, in both ways you are included in a purchase agreement with us.
In connection with you placing your order, you must accept our terms of purchase, which means that your order is binding. The terms of purchase include the options for purchase and your rights as a customer. We reserve the right to final sale and reserve the right to make ongoing product changes and improvements. Furthermore, we also reserve the right to any delivery delays, technical errors, price adjustments and printing errors.
We always reserve the right to transfer or pledge to third parties all services, liabilities or claims related to payments and other services.
Payment
Payment is easy and secure with Payson. You do not need to have a Payson account before to be able to pay. Complete the purchase directly with VISA, MasterCard and the Swedish banks Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Länsförsäkringar, Skandiabanken and Sparbanken Syd. You can also choose to pay in arrears on an invoice or to pay in installments over 3-24 months. Payson maintains high security requirements and for all card payments, 3D-secure technology is used. At dreadone.com, all prices including VAT are displayed. Costs for shipping and any payment fees will be added. Upon return, shipping and payment fees will not be refunded.
Order confirmation
When you have completed your order on dreadone.com, you will shortly receive an automatic order confirmation from us via e-mail confirming that we have received your order. Always check that your confirmation is correct. Should you in any case not receive an order confirmation, please contact us.
Deliveries and ordering
If no one can receive the order upon delivery despite repeated attempts, the order is returned to us and you as a customer will be charged a cost for both shipping and return shipping, plus a administration fee of 149SEK.
Delivery takes place to the address specified in the order.
In cases where you have not received your order or if the order appears to have been damaged during transport, please contact customer service via dreadonekontakt@hotmail.com. It is important to us that you as a customer are satisfied with your order, therefore we want you to hear by you immediately if you believe that something has gone wrong in the handling of your order
If you have bought an item that is in stock, the item will normally be sent within 1-3 working days. If you have bought an item that is not in stock, the delivery time is longer, contact us to get a more exact delivery time as it varies for the different products. Please notis that you may have to pay additional tax for import, contact your countrys government to find out more.
Major force
Events such as war, natural disasters, industrial action, government decisions, non-delivery of subcontractors, costly circumstances and similar events beyond Dreadone’s control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure. This means that Dreadone is released from its obligations to fulfill agreements entered into.
Returns and exchanges
With us, you can exchange/return your item for another product if these requirements are met:
– The product must not be used. It must be in its original packaging and in the condition in which the product was delivered. Shampoo and oil can never be returned due to hygiene reasons.
-A contact for exchange must be taken with us within 14 days of you receiving your item.
-A special order, digital item or a service can never be returned or exchanged. A booking fee can never be refunded.
-The item must be sent to us within 30 days of receiving your item.
-The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, except, for example, if you have received the completely wrong product or if the image on the product does not match the product you receive at home, than we pay the shipping cost. Its important that we book the shipping. Important to note: For returns outside of EU a administration fee of 100SEK will be deducted from the refund.
The customer is responsible for the product arriving in its original condition. If the product is damaged in any way, the buyer is responsible for the reduction in value.

Cancellation and refund of live education
A booking fee of 3900SEK will never be refunded. If you have purchased the course on the website, the administration fee (2.85%) will not be refunded.
– If the circumstances is beyond the customer’s control when it is less than 30 days before the start of training, maximum half of the full training fee is refundable and you have the chance to change to an other training date for free.
-If the circumstances is in the customer’s control when it is less than 30 days before the start of training, maximum half of the full training fee is refundable and you have no chance to change to an other training date.
For example: You double booked and therefore can not come – Half of the full training fee is refundable.
You became ill and can not come – Half of the full training fee is refundable and you will be offered to change to a later date (max 1 year valid), with medical certificate.
If you have chosen to pay directly to our account, you have paid a booking fee of 3900SEK to save your place. No later than 30 days before the start of training, half of the full payment must be in our account to keep you spot or the booking fee will be lost. The rest must be in your account at latest on start of training or you will loose you spot and the booking fee and half of the full education fee.
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights, on dreadone.com, belong to Dreadone AB. Any use of dreadone.com or its contents, such as copying or storing all or part of the content, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited unless you have obtained Dreadone’s express permission.
Online programs, live programs, videos, eBooks, audio, photos and images are either the property of, or used with permission by Dreadone AB.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way the contents of the Site including the online education, live education, eBooks, text, images, audio and video for public or commercial purposes, without written permission from Dreadone AB.
It’s forbidden to resell any of our materials, copy our work as a product to sell, rewrite our work and sell it as your own, repackage the online and live education concepts & tools in your own voice/text.
You should assume that everything you see or read on the Site is protected by copyright unless otherwise stated and may only be used according to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the website, or buy our goods and services.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Sweden. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
